I work in IT and this is my companies life right now but we are already seeing the letters come through regarding debt terms and debt forgiveness.
Companies will go under and when they do, they may take some good companies with them.

I work in HR. It’s literally meetings and calls all day about employees. It’s an energy company so we just can’t have everyone work from home.

Personally, I live in New York City. My wife is pregnant And due in May. She was supposed to have a dr appointment tomorrow but the dr moved out of the hospital and now wants to teleconference.

Since this shit got worse, I haven’t been running or biking. And that is pissing me off.

Here in Vegas the economy looks bleak. Even after casinos open back up. No way will there be as many visitors. And what few tourists show up will not spend as much $$$. I'm still at work with the Marijuana still selling. But I fear upcoming layoff when the demand drops significantly. Anyone hiring?

Word on THE STREET is Victoria is going into lock down on Tuesday and NSW will most likely follow suit.

I went to the zoo today, I feel a little silly. I am going to start taking my social distancing a little more seriously from today onwards.

However I do feel though, the lockdown will have little if any long term impact on the spread of the disease. Are we to go into lockdown again if cases flair up? Just like what is happening in Singapore since their lock down has finished?

At what point does the economic impact outweigh the dangers of the virus ?

Yea the cultivation. Not the retail store. They just closed all dispensaries to delivery only here
I have a ton of questions for you now about the process and shit like that. I tried to grow my first plant when I was 16 but I thought my brother was gonna kill me when he got home from college onetime so after about a month and a half, I ripped it out of the soil. Still makes me cringe to this day. the feeling of pulling it out of the dirt. How much do you usually get out of one plant and how many plants do you usually cultivate at one time?

As for Corona, I've never seen anything like this before. Everybody around me is either working from home or just being told to stay home and not do shit. I don't know anyone personally who's even had a scare, but I'm mostly just worried about my Ma b/c she's sick to begin with and she's old so that's where I'm kinda focusing my attention. Money not an issue atm but if this keeps on going for months and months then I'm gonna be in some trouble. I am lucky I don't have any kids or anything, very few ppl to worry about from a financial standpoint. Hope you guys are doing okay, try not to go crazy. I just lost like 200 bucks on blackjack last night b/c of the lack of action. Very frustrating, I'm fucking staying away from that shit until sports comeback. Or until I blackout and find out I've been playing blackjack again...Be safe boys.

Growing outdoors vs indoor is different. Outside you can grow huge plants and get many pounds off of one plant.

Indoors it also depends on the type of bud you are growing and how long you grow each plant for. Some strains yield more than others.

We grow our plants in a warehouse with led lights. 5 gallon pots for a total of about 15 weeks starting from clone or seed and get over half pound each. About 120-150 plants per 12 by 55 ft room. Generally we measure yield by square ft. And we want to get at least 80lbs for our 10×50ft grow area

That's a lot of fucking weed, man. That's like a dream job to work with weed for a living, and I don't even smoke that much anymore. Raw weed is just a beautiful plant, imo.

Layed off most the crew today. Hopefully dispensaries open back up with casinos just ahead of 4-20 and we can bring some back

Crazy times this is. Life's been impacted in so many ways. Before this shit happened we had plans to go to ny for spring break, and my daughter was supposed to participate in the orlando regional spelling bee (she won her school and came 3rd in county). Obviously we cancelled the trip and the spelling bee was postponed until further notice.

I haven't been out the house since march 13th. Going a little nuts with the kids home from school, driving me crazy. Running low on alcohol and im not sure if i should restock or if that would be irresponsible. My brother tells me the dispensaries might be closing in CO so im not sure where I'll get my weed. I've been a real degen betting on horses, daily weather and stock market props. Lost a bunch on sumo wrestling thinking i was slick lol.

But more importantly i cant help but worry about the old folks and anyone else at risk right now. Hope you all come out of this okay and it doesnt go on much longer.
