man, idk. zeferino looked durable in the ufc, but foster is a reckless dude. and you gotta think foster is going to come out blasting, due to tourney format.

yea you would think so. was thinking if zeferino wants a sub win in two rounds he shudnt be wasting much time trying to get to it either.

man, i have next to nothing pending for wsof. idk wth to do.

    i have 0.55u on palomino-patishnock U1.5 -110 and 0.69u O1.5 patino-mamedov -138.

i can't pull trigger on other fights. ricci should win easily but price obviously sucks. condon kinda durable but missed weight. /shrug.

zeferino MIGHT have value.. or O1.5 MIGHT have value... but man, foster might come out guns blazing. kinda think he will, in fact.

payan-high? ugh, no clue. high wins, but idk how.

kinda considering mustapayev, over 2:1 vs burley, but it'll be 0.5u max if i even do it.

you think high hits that chin then finishes him? sub or tko etc after touching that crappy payan chin?

Same here. I know Payan's never been subbed but still think High can snatch a guillotine or maybe get a ko at some point, but not super confident.

    WSOF25 WSOF - Lightweight Tournament
    Fri 11/20 9:00PM
Odds to win the WSOF 25 8-Man Lightweight Tournament
    Islam Mamedov
    Brian Foster
    Mike Ricci
    Luis Palomino
    Joao Zeferino
    LaRue Burley
    Richard Patishnock
    Jorge Patino
    Ramil Mustapayev
    Joe Condon

    5d -> bet the board -> futures

the 3 favorites are all very low payout... tho it really should be one of those 3 guys...

    palomino, maybe? considering those payouts?

anyone know if there's a bracket?

like, if all 4 favorites win, what are the two semifinal matchups?

if the weigh-in order is indicative, it would be mamedov vs ricci, foster vs palomino

so IF foster beats zeferino, he and palomino are gonna bruise eachother up hard... whereas mamedov vs ricci should be much more of a technical fight and maybe grappling

make of that what you will

that's IF the fight order dictates things, which it should

IF i'm right on those matchups, i feel palomino is the only bettable line, honestly. +200ish for mamedov, foster, and ricci isn't worth it.

mamedov likely going to have two long fights. patino and ricci. palomino prolly wins first fight quickly and then IF he beats foster, it's prolly quick (or vice versa for foster) -- difference being that palo pays 3.5x more.

    small bet on palomino +700

    oh god, i just talked myself into 0.2u payan +590 and 0.625u O2.5 -125

i just can't get past that payan has never been subbed, high doesn't have much power.

stabbed at Palomino, only got +575, though. Still like your line of thinking, so followed.

mustapayev is whooping burley right now, rd 1 over, 10-9 mustapayev, and both guys threw down HARD

we prolly gonna lose, but was only reasonable line, IMO

color me impressed by mustapayev. burley's conditioning was pretty shitty, tho.. i guess he figured reserve bout wouldn't get in the tourney, anyway, but he should've, cause it happens all the time in tournaments

mustapayev is freakin legit, if he gets a shot to replace someone later

wtf? this going 3 rounds? i thought it was 2 only for the prelim bouts?

i don't think burley lasts another 5 mins

    20-17 mustapayev

    30-26 mustapayev (prolly 30-27)

btw, meant to mention earlier: no elbows till finals, could hurt ricci, that's one of his weapons
