they've been doing them during ufc's a lot lately, often saturday releases in general

I can handle Saturday and am used to that. During a card is just annoying as hell. Trying to watch fights not process new lines.

It's intentional. Nunya has complained about this for a long time.

What's his avenue to victory? The line is right imo

    several reasons to bet costa.

1: mousasi has given fights away, much less given rounds away. he can be a very low output guy.

2: sometimes, even if someone has an advantage in almost every area, there has to be a point where the "lesser" guy has value. it's a fight. one mistake can end it. guys have off nights. people who "shouldn't win" win in sports all the time.

3: costa has a lot of good attributes. strong as hell. very powerful. has a knack for winning close rounds (that was his specialty, really, during his win streak).. a fighter of a certain quality has to have value even if the tail of the tape doesn't go in his favor.

and route to victory is 2 fold for costa. either a KO (unlikely, but possible) or edging close rounds with mousasi having low output. neither would be all that shocking.

Jesus, got a lot more tape studying to do than usual. I don't know who the fuck a lot of these dudes are.

maybe I've seen them before if they have ufc fights but the names that I don't recognize are: Sangcha-an, Ning Guangyou, Yao, and Nam. Guess it's not that many but more than usual for me.

sangcha-an actually is fairly impressive on tape, considering he's a tiny guy from the phillippines with no camp etc. he fought once in the ufc against vaculik, and basically got outgrappled. he had goofy shorts with no ads on them, hehe. he's got some skills, though. not an ounce of fat on the kid. de los reyes makes mistakes. could be interesting.

ning is the guy who looks like shang tsung from mortal kombat (the movie) - fought on the last china card, i think. he beat yang, who's this young ripped actor dude from china. ning was surprisingly well rounded and composed. showed good cardio, decent striking, decent grappling. wee is pretty one dimensional. could be interesting. wee's listed as being shorter, but i THINK he's actually taller. uncertain on this. ning could have value.

yao is better than 1-2, realistically. he's a chinese wrestler. very raw in mma. fairly promising, as far as chinese prospects go. super jacked for a lil chinese guy. ticman got dominated by saenz in his debut, but we saw what saenz did to alcantara in his 2nd fight.. so it might not be truly indicative of where he is. honestly i feel i have a better read on yao than i do on ticman. not much to go on on these two, tho..

i can't help you on nam, though, cause i forget his fight with tokudome :/ i think he's a striker, but i gotta rewatch that one

ning dropping down weight for this fight. i think the weight drop is coz he is a bit short for featherweight. not sure why ning is a dog here. but royston is more popular given hes the first singaporean in ufc. also roystons last win was actually a loss. after royston won a bullshit split decision dana replaced one of the judges.

so, yea... ufn 66 starts at 7 AM, ET. jeeeeeesus.

assuming little to no live betting as a result, but hope to be pleasantly surprised if i'm wrong. but yea. be aware, this shit starts 12 hours earlier than normal ufc's do

    ok, rewatched nam's debut.

fucking SAVAGE in rd 1. only knows one gear: full speed. had four KD's in rd 1 vs tokudome. can't believe it wasn't stopped (sidenote: only two of the judges gave him 10-8. lmao, wtf is the other judge doin)

but he slowed down hardcore afterwards.

if live betting is working (big if), could be good spot on nover after rd 1. tho nam could abbbbsolutely get a rd 1 ko

he's dropping to 145 for nover fight.. could gas even worse.

but man i doubt we get live betting

U2.5 +170 is prolly the best bet, the way nam fights... tho i'm trying to avoid u2.5's. hoping for similar price on DOES NOT GO 3 rounds
