I get the opponents have alot to do with stats. Especially from a smaller sample size. Still, im surprised noone has tried to take Willis down before in his UFC career.
Assuming after curtis's last stoppage lose and the fact he was shook up from mark hunt before he implemented take downs. That is where Curtis will want to take it.
Wiki did not reveal wether willis has a wrestling background. Can anyone shed light on this ?
Willis doesn't have a wrestling background no. He played football. But the low center of gravity helps. He won't be easy to takedown.
Totals are out at some books. I like Makdessi/Pineda Under 2½ at +155; Gutierrez/Macdonald Under 2½ -110; Thompson/Pettis Under 4½ -103.
UFC Nashville official weigh-ins started over an hour ago. No ceremonial weigh-ins today, although there is a Pre-Fight Show on ESPN+ at 6 pm ET:
Curtis really struggled with short and stocky guys, look what happened with Omielanczuk
Main & co-main event face-offs. I don't see a full card face-off yet:
UFC Nashville face-offs:
I switched from Jennifer Maia to Alexis Davis who looked in great shape at the weigh-in and got the better of the price as well.
1u Davis +280 Live
Was looking like a genius there for awhile but i think Maia 29-28.
I switched from Maia to Davis pre-fight sadly.
Vera to lose first round again ?
Looking to live bet Vera if he does.
Stick to the script Vera.
Looking to get good odds on moffett at at the end of this round.
1u Moffet +155
Live In-Play Bobby Moffett (+115) vs Bryce Mitchell $200.00 for $230.00
1 round a piece (imho)
Oh man... If judges looked at the whole round they would give that 3rd to moffet but historically last minute > previous 4 minutes.
Might of lost that in the last minute.
Moffett screwed up in round 3 when he let his back be taken. Gotta dig myself out of a deep hole now on this main card.
