This card is trash. Mackenzie saves it
Thought you liked your self some Edgar, Beez? Or is it V who's gay for him?
I went to high school in a cracker town a half hour north of him. Played hockey in one town over from him. So I got a little boner for him.
Holloway finishes him here and we finally see edgar's descent
yep its me #TeamIron
that being said, Holloway decision
Holloway injured, UFC tried to make TJ/Cody 2, TJ declined, https://twitter.com/bokamotoESPN/status/959915299217620992, No fucking clue what the UFC is gonna do now, card not even likely to be a ppv anymore, unless they make Edgar v Ortega for "interim belt", or no belt and make it into a fight night? change 223 in april to 222? wouldn't wanna work for the ufc on a day like today.
I've probably suggested this before here because I've said it for years, but every PPV should be a 2 weight show. Let's say 222 was FW and LW. It should be a 2 title show around Tony v Khabib AND Max v Frankie. Ortega fights Lil' Heathen and a bunch of other FW and LW fights. Then, if an injury occurs, the leftover title fighter gets to choose from a large list of "ready" fighters for the interim. Everyone else shifts and you probably get a fight from time to time that feels like Horcher vs Khabib or Lando vs Ferg, but sometimes those fights are a damn blast.
I disagree. Fighters should not have to take short notice fights. You train for a specific opponent for months
There is a fight on this card I am dying to see the openers for and make a 10 unit bet if it opens how I think it will.
Post it in private
F*ck these tiny 5dimes $100 opening betting limits! Andre Soukhamthath opened at +180 vs Sean O'Malley which I missed because I got distracted watching the early weigh-ins for UFC on Fox 28 tomorrow. I managed a hundy at +140. It's down to +110 already. I would have put a grand on The Asian Sensation at the opener if I could.
Was eyeing that too. I'm in real late at +105
First big play of UFC 222: ~$1,000.00 on Andre Soukhamthath at -118 vs Sean O'Malley. I already have $100.00 on him at +140 from shortly after the 5d line started getting bet down from the +180 opener. I am annoyed they had such small limits early on, and that I didn't keep betting more at + money when I could. But pinnacle- and nitrogen which follows their lines- has this at a significantly better price now than everywhere else. So I'm in for 11u even as a small favorite. I think The Asian Sensation should be -150 to -200 here so I feel comfortable going out on a limb.
2u on Arlovski at +190. Arlovski vs Struve in 2018 is a coin flip as far as I am concerned, especially with Arlovski coming off a win and Struve coming back from getting knocked out in his last fight.
Wish i caught the opener on Arlovski. Stuve just seems like the perfect candidate to get his head knocked off by one of those quick arlovski overhands. Still playing it.
I’m on at +260. Struve isn’t a heavy one shot power guy as long as arlovski can get inside he could box his way plus Struve is chinny
Fight goes distance/fight does not go distance props are out on 5dimes for UFC 222. Mickey Mouse $100 opening limits once again. Someone hit Dern/Yoder does not go distance at -110 please so I can re-bet at an even worse price.
Just a heads up for anyone considering Pyle. This is his retirement fight. His out after this one.
I see almost everyone posting in the bet thread that they are on Pedro Munhoz as an underdog over John Dodson. I have a unit on him myself, but I'm having a hard time deciding to add more until I can identify his most likely path to victory. Just curious, how you guys see him winning? You think he'll submit Dodson with that great guillotine? Out strike him mostly on the feet and win a decision? Take him down more than once and make it a scrambly fight where he wins rounds that way?
