Super bantamweight title holder and the only female champion in Glory, Tiffany Van Soest is fighting a late replacement (about 5 days notice) woman named Meryem Uslu who stepped in to replace the experienced Funda Alkayis. Now honestly I don't know Uslu but if they kept this as a 5 round title bout like the over/under indicates, I like the under 4½ rounds at the +150 opener. That's a long time for Tiffany to get her offense popping on a late replacement and get her first stoppage in Glory, and the price is good.

Then in the welterweight tournament, a decent fighter in Harut Grigorian just got knocked out in his last bout by turning his back controversially after getting rocked by Groenhart and he's returning pretty quickly to redeem himself here. But he's fighting a similarly experienced kickboxer in Karim Benmansour, so in a fight that could maybe go either way, perhaps even close to 50/50, I'll take Benmansour as an underdog at +145 over a fighter coming back quickly after a knockout like that.

In the other tournament bout, I took the under 2½ rounds at -110 since French muay thai stylist Antoine Pinto is fighting an American Zach Bunnel who is likely not on his level, and I think Pinto can potentially get his first stoppage in Glory especially if he wants to be fresh for the tougher second fight in the final against Benmansour or Grigorian. I also like a parlay, even at an expensive collective price of about -390, of Van Soest and Pinto to both win.

I am not sure on Abraham vs Morales in the co-main even at welterweight. Abraham probably wins in his home town of Chicago, but Morales is scrappy so I made a small bet on the over 2½ at -190 as they are both tough and this likely goes the distance.

In the main event I think it will be competitive. Murthel is surging lately with three wins in a row including that highlight reel stoppage of Grigorian last time, so I am not sure if he should be as high as +185 against champion Cedric Doumbe even though he lost a decision to him in Glory a few years ago. Murthel says he got injured back then in the fight and didn't know what to expect from a young Doumbe. So I went 2u on Groenhart at +185 hoping for an upset. I also took the over 4½ in this main event bout as well, even though it is chalky at -185, as I expect it go go the distance and that cashes in case Doumbe wins a decision as many would predict.

Tiffany did win her last bout in Invicta by decision , if that's what you meant. But of course this is her primary sport and her opponent, although a decent kickboxer, is in on about six days notice and they kept it as a five round title fight. The parlay is super chalky but I'm pretty confident in both legs. Especially the other half of it. I really enjoy Glory and am up on everything going on with it, so I'm not afraid to give it significant action like a UFC or Bellator card. It reminds me of the UFC around 2005-2006 with about one card per month and hardcore fans can know everything about it.

I love Glory! I knew Murthel had the style to give Cedric a better fight than Nieky could. And new, +185 underdog champion! Tiffany van Soest delievered an awesome Anderson Silva-like front kick to her opponent's face with follow up punches in round 4 of her first title defense to get her first stoppage in Glory. Catalin Morosanu kind of got robbed, but I'll take it. Even the chalky parlay came in to make a total of 7.77 units profit for the card.
