above average bellator card!! solid titlefight, huge striking battle, high lvl lightweight scrap, and their former hw champ all on main card..

guerreiro finally back, and on undercard? the fuck!?

awad, beltran-rogers (that mean rogers to 205? or beltran to 180?)

so we might have some bettable prelims this friday. (suspect we will)

really curious to see held-sarnavskiy. i'm sure sarnavskiy will be favored.. likewise brooks, likewise schilling..

i need to find out who tony johnson, john teixeira, and rob sinclair are. i suspect i know all 3, but right now i forget.

Shot- a-wad on the undercard also surprising.

Do you have any good place for bellator footage? The older events are hard to come by

Nah, I just YouTube it, etc.. Can usually find enough there... But no great fight finding resource, that's a hole in my capping game.

------

hitting sarnavksiy -105, pretty hard

not sure elsewhere hrmmm

beltran all the way to middleweight.. why the heck was that guy fighting at HW in the first place

lil worried about his chin starting to fade, tho, and we know rogers hits like a truck.

not thrilled with guerreiro price, volkov price, awad price, brooks price, etc. (but favor all to win obv)

i slightly favor sarnavskiy, tho yes, it could

held's standup is improving. his wrestling is underrated. his ground game is great. i could see him win a decision if he's able to get td's. i think sarnavskiy decision is more likely, however, by keeping it on the feet.

i'm somewhere around 55-45 sarnavskiy. i was pretty sure he'd get the early action, so i got a couple units on him at -105

why shouldn't i bet schilling -140 here?

carvalho is solid. he's a really good striker.

...that's why they gave him to schilling... who's a world class kickboxer...

obviously he's greener in MMA. obviously he gets hit too often to go terribly big.

but i mean, carvalho's gonna stand w/him, isn't he? dude has 10 ko's, 1 dec... only loss is a sub.. he's a striker, too.. both guys 6'3...

Think held might bounce back from +145

I bet Held +145. Wouldn't be surprised if his striking has greatly improved and surprise also in the standup.

Haha, I know Ez, I'm asking myself the same questions regarding Carvalho. Gotta believe he think he can hang.

yea.. i gotta do a lil on schilling. if carvalho goes for takedowns.... a: who knows if he can, b: if he does, so be it, whatever. i'm ok w/a little gamble

Wow, seven bettable fights. I missed the openers so I don't know what to do. A lot of these fights can go either way. I also have way too little on 5D compared to BM, so I think I have to wait to see where these lines move to.

1u Sarnavskiy & 1u Schilling. Glad to see you're on the same page Ez :p

yep, i'm around those marks

the sarnavskiy-held fight is a tricky one, tho. i'm glad i hedged off a unit.

presently i'm at:

Bella 136 Risk: 600
Brooks-Jansen O4.5: 100 parlays
Schilling -125: 100 for 80 - 50 parlays / Carvalho
Sarnavskiy +124: 100 for 123.62 / Held
Johnson-Volkov: idk
Guerreiro: 200 parlays / Teixeira
Awad: 150 parlays / Sinclair
Beltran +115: 100 for 115 / U1.5: 50 for 65 / Rogers
parlays
100 for 137.42 guerreiro -180 & awad -190
50 for 64.81 guerreiro -180 & brooks-jansen O4.5 -210
50 for 83.33 guerreiro -180 & schilling -140
50 for 71.43 awad -155 & brooks-jansen O4.5 -210
---

i'm most interested in sarnavskiy-held, but that doesn't mean i should be betting it big. it's a tough fight.

bellator weigh-in notables:

-awad looks a full weight class bigger than sinclair
-beltran looked alright at 185, why he fought at hw is beyond me
-johnson looks really soft(that's being nice), volkov towers over him, as expected
-carvalho claims he'll strike, also, he might be 2-3" taller? (or did he put shoes on?)
